The Rev. Peter C. Marcis is Senior Pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School in Napoleon, Ohio, the church he has served since 1994. His first call was to Gethsemane Lutheran Church in North Jackson, Ohio in 1987.

Rev. Marcis graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO in 1987, serving his vicarage at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Cupertino, CA. Rev. Marcis also earned his Bachelor's Degree from Concordia-Ann Arbor, MI in 1983. He is a graduate of Lutheran West High School in Rocky River, Ohio.

Throughout his 30+ years in the ministry in the Ohio District, Rev. Marcis has served in a variety of roles. He has served as District Counselor for the LWML, the Chairman for the former Board for Parish Services, the Chairman for the Search Committee for the Director of Educational Services, as well as Vice President for the NW Region of the District for 9 years.
