Rev. Philip McClelland has been serving in pastoral ministry for over 11 years.


A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Rev. McClelland attended Concordia-St. Paul and Concordia Seminary-St. Louis. After ordination, he served a parish in Galloway, NJ (outside of Atlantic City) and currently serves a parish in North Jackson, OH (outside of Youngstown).


Rev. McClelland has experience working with a variety of organizations, staff, and situations that are found in ministry, from youth to adult, as well as personal and professional issues that pastors and church workers face. He has served as the Reconciler for the SELC District in New Jersey and is currently a Care Partner and is on the Ohio District Ministerial Health Task Force. Rev. McClelland is concluding his master's degree in professional counseling and will be licensed in 2019. He is also a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor and is finishing his training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
